Terms of use

Last updated September 1, 2026

These terms cover your use of the client portal. They do not replace the construction contract you sign with your contractor — that document governs the work itself.

What this is. A portal your contractor uses to share proposals, contracts, schedules, progress updates and invoices with you. It is a communication tool, not a party to your construction agreement.
Your account. Your login is personal to you. Keep it to yourself, and tell your contractor straight away if you think someone else has it. You are responsible for what is done through your account.
Approvals and signatures. Approving a proposal or a change order, and signing a contract in the portal, has the same effect as signing on paper. Each one is recorded with the time, your IP address and your device, and a copy is kept for both of you.
Content you upload. Photos and messages you post stay yours. You give your contractor permission to use them to carry out and document your project.
Availability. We aim to keep the portal available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Nothing here is a substitute for talking to your contractor about urgent matters — call them.
The construction contract wins. Where anything here conflicts with the signed construction contract between you and your contractor, that contract governs.
Changes. If these terms change materially you will see a notice in the portal. Continuing to use it after that means you accept the new version.
