This describes what the LV8 CRM client portal collects about you, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
What we collect. Contact details you or your contractor enter (name, email, phone, project address), project photos and videos, messages, proposals, contracts, signatures — including the IP address, device and time of signing — invoices and payment records, and the technical logs needed to keep the service secure (sign-ins, IP addresses, browser type).
Why we collect it. To run your remodeling project: sharing proposals and contracts, posting progress updates, scheduling work, invoicing, and answering your messages. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
Who can see it. Your contractor’s team — the owner, office staff, and only the crew assigned to your project. Service providers that host the application, deliver email and text messages, and generate documents process data on our behalf under contract. Nobody outside your contractor’s company can see your project.
Text messages. You only receive texts if you have given consent. Reply STOP to any message to stop them; reply HELP for help. See the SMS consent page for the full terms.
Your choices. You can ask your contractor to correct or delete your information at any time. Some records — signed contracts, invoices, payment history — are kept as long as the law requires even after a request to delete.
Security. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted by role and by project, and every proposal view, approval and signature is recorded with its time, IP address and device.
Questions. Contact your contractor’s office — their phone and email are in the portal header and at the bottom of every email they send you.
